Lavender Bay Kayaking is a personalized and private kayaking experience in Sydney Harbour and can only take 6 people per booking to ensure paddlers get an amazing and memorable experience!

Our Sunrise paddle sessions start at Waverton (John Street, McMahons Point) and our Sunset and Day paddle sessions start at Lavender Bay Boat Ramp. Please note that the time shown on your booking is the time we aim to be on the water. You'll receive a confirmation message via text or email (for international numbers) 24h before your tour with all the details. We do have an email with all the information being sent to you after making a reservation, however it is sometimes going to spam so please check and if in doubt, please call us.

We kindly ask all participants to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow for any minor delays and to ensure we have enough time for our safety briefing.

Pricing: 

Lavender Bay Kayaking kindly ask people to pay $120 (ex GST) per person for Sunrise/Sunset/Night paddle & $85 (ex GST) per person for during the Day. When making the booking, you can either pay a deposit or the full amount. 

Lavender Bay Kayaking will send a digital payment link after the experience to pay the difference if only the deposit has been paid. 

Any promo code you may have, can only be applied on the full amount of the experience.

Please note the following:

1. A deposit of $45 per person is required when making a booking and is credited towards the cost of your experience.

2. The deposit or full cost (if paid) minus our payment platform processing fees will be fully refunded if Lavender Bay Kayaking cancels the booking due to weather forecast.

3. A full refund of $45 or full cost (if paid) minus our payment platform processing fees will be given if cancellation is received 7 days prior to the booking. 

4. A $15 fee will apply to any rescheduled booking. However, this fee will not be charged if Lavender Bay Kayaking needs to reschedule your tour due to weather conditions. Please note that once a rescheduled tour is agreed upon, our standard cancellation policy will apply (e.g., if you reschedule for a later date but are unable to attend, the deposit will be forfeited).

5. No refund thereafter. 

6. If you simply paid the deposit or the full amount is forfeited as a no-show fee.
